Product Overview
The box transformer is divided into three parts: high voltage chamber, low voltage chamber, and transformer, arranged in a "目" shape. Except for the transformer heat sink and the body exposed outside the box, all other live intervals are sealed in independent compartments. Each chamber is isolated into independent intervals with partitions, and there is a lower manhole in the box for easy installation and maintenance. The inner and outer surfaces of the box are smooth, with no rust, coating peeling, or impact damage. The coating layer is firm and uniform, with no obvious contrast reflection. The base of the box and all exposed metal parts are treated for corrosion and rust prevention, and a durable protective layer is sprayed on. The top cover of the box is equipped with a rainproof sealing cover and rain eaves, and the double-layer structure of the top cover can prevent thermal radiation. The design dimensions of the box transformer door match the size of the equipment installed, and the box transformer door uses internal hinges, with all doors opening outward at an angle greater than 90°. The box is made of stainless steel, and the paint is imported automotive paint, all applied using a spraying method, resistant to smoke, humidity, mold, and strong outdoor weather conditions. The area where the photovoltaic power station is located has low temperatures, large temperature differences, high humidity, and strong winds and sand. The box transformer has a reasonable protective structure, dust-proof structure, and low-temperature resistance, meeting the requirements for normal and safe operation under harsh environmental conditions.
